Peerapol Wilaiwongstien Chief Executive Officer

Peerapol was a vice president at Seagate Technology, a disk drive company where he spent over twenty years of his stellar career in various engineering and operations management functions. He was one of the key leaders to drive company’s growth from hundreds of employees to be more than ten thousand by implementing many key strategies including new product launch, six sigma, lean manufacturing, etc. Peerapol also held a management position in operations at SVI, an EMS provider for electronics assembly for five years. Until 2012, he looked after ETA (Thailand) which is the largest operations of the Swatch group’s subsidiary, as CEO. Prior to joining Stars Microelectronics in September 2014, Peerapol served as COO of an automotive part supplier in charge of fifteen factories with more than ten thousand employees under his supervisory.

Peerapol holds a bachelor's degree in Production Engineering and Industrial Management from King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok, formerly known as Thai-German Institute of Technology.
